Green and Just? An Update on the ‘European Green Deal’

Abstract The article discusses recent developments concerning the most important European energy and climate law initiative at moment, ‘European Green Deal’. Details of initial Deal’ have been discussed elsewhere in this journal. At its core are two components: green transition societies on one hand question how may be organized a just way, other hand. these ‘green’and ‘just’aspects concludes with some critical remarks ways which ‘green’ ‘just’ aspects being implemented into law.
